All Around Monadnock

In the Historical Society’s art exhibit, All Around Monadnock: The Character and Heritage of the Monadnock Region, over 50 artists submitted artworks to celebrate the natural beauty and cultural heritage of the Monadnock region of New Hampshire. The exhibit included the work of some of the Monadnock region’s preeminent artists as well as some of its rising stars. The artwork included oil paintings, watercolors, acrylics, pastels, photography, and mixed media. The artists were encouraged to create works that illustrated what the region means to them and how it impacts their own lives.
