Museum Shop expands beyond history books and maps. The Historical Society of Cheshire County Museum Shop has recently expanded its product line to include more local art, local history films and hands-on learning activities for children.  The shop features locally crafted items by Medora Hebert,  Early American Workshop, New England Folk Art, Kitty Mervine, Old Kemp Farm, Wake Robin Ornaments, Sieber Designs, Auchmoody Wood Carving,  Marjorie Merena, Tim Cambell and many more Cheshire County Artisans.  The Museum Shop also carries jewelry, toys, games, holiday ornaments, pottery and many other one-of-a-kind gift items.  The You Can Learn Kits and Cooperman Toys allow children to experience everything from map making skills to punched tin. 
Local Artist Alicia Drakiotes had created the “Twelve Days of Monadnock” featuring twelve 5×7 original oil paintings of Mount Monadnock. Stop by the Museum Shop at the Historical Society of Cheshire County to pick up one of these beautiful pieces. The mission of the Historical Society of Cheshire County is to collect, preserve and communicate the history of Cheshire County.
