Following a brief meeting of the Historical Society of Cheshire County’s membership, the public is invited to attend a presentation on the history of camp Takodah by special guest Graeme Noseworthy. Graeme is the President, Chief Volunteer Officer, and Historian of the Takodah YMCA.

Since 1916, Camp Takodah’s mission has been to develop positive values that enrich the spirit, mind, and body by providing quality programming for all.

Noseworthy’s lecture precedes the opening of our exhibit, Hello Mother, Hello Father: A History of Summer Camps in NH’s Monadnock Region on May 24th.
