The Historical Society of Cheshire County’s Museum Store is a good destination for locally crafted items and books written by Monadnock region authors. Located on Main Street in Keene, the store offers an opportunity to find unique gifts with the proceeds going to support the programs of the Historical Society. The Society’s marketing and museum store manager Andrea Cheeney says, “We are stocking the shelves with things that you might not find at any of the other wonderful shops in the region. I look for products that have connections to the Monadnock region and that would appeal to people who are looking for a special gift. Our products tend to be affordable, and everyone is welcome.”
