Wattle Fence Workshop
Free | Registration is required as class is limited to 12 participants
Come to the Wyman Tavern Museum on Thursday, May 2nd at 3 pm to learn how people in the 18th century made fencing for animals and gardens as a spring activity. Participants will construct a wattle fence around a raised bed garden behind the Tavern and learn the techniques needed to construct their own fence at home. Suggested tools: gloves, clippers and loppers. All fence building material will be supplied.
